Wide Curly Cherry, Hot-Rolled Steel Tubing

Constructed of a single 17-inch wide slab, this width of heartwood in a cherry tree is extremely rare. Coupled with gum lines, worm holes, and tiger striping, the beauty of this wood is left untouched. It simply tenons into a frame of hot-rolled steel tubing; there are no screws or fasteners. Two elements connected with traditional joinery are all that are needed.
