The sophistication of Tension Bowl is in its assembly. Two modules hold their form in the same way a cardboard box stays closed. These overlapping tabs create a circular motion around the piece, following the grain of the walnut. The dependence each module has on the other provides an enjoyable experience in the user assembly of this simple bowl.
